Services Provided:
Free Screenings: Vision, Dental (no X-ray), Hearing tests (by U of U Health ENT), Diabetes, and Mammography (appointment required: call 801-585-7776).
Vaccinations: Back-to-school vaccinations (including measles) available (bring insurance info if available; fees may apply).
Community Perks: Free shoes and socks for Pre-K to 6th-grade students (while supplies last), health info, food, and family activities.
